Wuhan University Library has a rich collection of maps (atlases, albums) with various scales in different languages. There are also some thematic maps, satellite images and aerial images, plate-making blueprints, a small collection of geological maps, and the maps made before 1949.

Currently the map resources are mainly collected in the reading rooms for map collection and reserved books of Information Science Library. Reading and lending services are available to all the readers of Wuhan University Library.
