- Visitors who require library tours, learning, or experience exchange activities, please contact Office of Party and Government Affairs at 027-68752745 and fax an introduction letter with an official seal to 027- 68756290.
- Readers with Hubei Library card or Wuhan Library card are allowed into the library to use the library resources and facilities by showing their library cards and personal identity certificates.
- Other outside readers may apply for a temporary admission ticket at the information desk of the Main Library or other branch libraries. They should register with a introduction letter from the institution where they are studying or working and personal identity certificates （student cards, employee cards, etc.） to get access to the library resources.
